Our company was formed in 2020 by the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians (SMBMI). The Palms is an independent company owned by the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Board (SMGHB). We will deploy a responsible gaming program that will be the first in the world – reflecting the Tribe’s 200 year record of dedication to its concern for others – and creating an impact designed to provide for seven generations. This fully-customized and innovative program is built on a collaborative process that incorporates the input of Tribal leadership, executive management, team members, and guests in a way that reflects the unique Tribal culture, vision, and values of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. In this spirit, we are proud to partner with the UNLV International Gaming Institute to develop a first-of-its-kind custom Responsible Gaming Program.
As the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Board (SMGHB) embarks on our new journey with the acquisition of Palms Casino Resort, we take our responsibility to care for others seriously and we understand there is more that can be done to create a culture of caring for all that enter the Palms.
